Request Account Deletion

For HookDoctor Pro users who wish to permanently delete their account and associated data. This request is handled in accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements.

⚠️ This action will permanently remove your Pro Access and Analysis History.

How to Delete Your Account:

You can initiate deletion directly from the app:

  1. Open HookDoctor Pro: Launch the app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings: Tap the settings icon from the home screen or menu.
  3. Delete Account: Scroll down and select the 'Delete Account' option.
  4. Final Confirmation: Confirm that you understand all data will be lost.

Data to be Permanently Deleted:

The following information will be wiped from our servers within 48-72 hours:

  • Identity Data: Your Google ID, email address, and name.
  • Pro Subscription Status: Records of your active or past subscription plans.
  • Analysis History: All hooks, video transcripts, and AI-generated surgical diagnoses.
  • Usage Logs: Information regarding your interactions within the app.
Notice: Once the deletion is processed, it cannot be undone. You will lose access to all premium features immediately.
